The beautiful hotel is perfectly situated in the mountains with charming, stylish rooms, making it my top pick in the area.

The hotel was located very close to the train station and Gornergrat railway, the center of town and Zermatt. The room was en suite and fashionable with shared bathroom and great views. The location was excellent for walking around a unique museum.

Thoroughly enjoyed the classic queen room with balcony, felt like we were home. We found the hotel's location unbeatable, close enough to town center, both the train station and the old town, and the mountain.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

The restaurant here was great with included breakfast, we both ordered warm dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there where a safe, central heating, and tea and coffee making facilities too.

Rooms here are nicely decorated, well-heated, with comfy beds, a shared bathroom and views of snow-capped mountains; the staff are fantastic and the central location is unbeatable.

The breakfast at the place was good with flowing coffee. The location in a pretty comfortable area was marvellous and tranquil and there were a bakery and stores nearby.

The service was good, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious, and there was a balcony and storage in the room, making the stay very convenient.

The rooms have shared bathrooms, but the location is great, right next to many attractions, and there are plenty of food choices within walking distance.
